I would probably make a half ass'd attempt at consoling them and move on quickly since I prefer not to make it known I am MGTOW out in my day to day life for convenience. Something along the lines of "I am sure it will happen once you find the right guy, it will happen when the time is right, etc." Then move on to not baby rabies talk or excuse myself because I am too busy for this shit.
