Why do i need friends so badly?

We are a social creature and we've evolved to hang around and co-operate with other people and there's nothing wrong with having bad days with little social contact, in my country there is even a saying for that "I can't stay home for very long because I feel like it's gonna eat me". That tells you how common that is so no worries.

I am like that too but I found gold in the comments "it's your fault if you're getting bored, that means that you aren't investing that time to improve yourself" and every time I'm stuck alone I either go run, hit the gym, read something, watch ted talks and since then I don't consider it that I'm being alone, I consider it a time to improve myself.

Social checks and balances help keep you "socially healthy". Socially unhealthy people are unattractive because they set off deep alarms in peoples (not just women's) heads.

But this is only important if you don't want to be an isolated hermit for your entire life.

You sound codependent. Human interaction should add value to your life but a well balanced individual won't feel as if there's a void to fill when they aren't constantly surrounded by people. Read up on Monk Mode. Being alone allows a chance at introspection which is pivotal to realizing one's areas of improvement.
