Let them attend med school in higher numbers than men. Its extremely tough with long hours and self sacrifice to actually become a doctor. Sure the financial rewards are high but the work life balance is fucked. I guess it's all worth it if you're supporting a wife and kids but if you're not then what's the point? Let them spend their most fertile years chasing after that lifestyle dream only to burn out early and bitter that they can't find a higher Status man to marry and take care of her. Because she took his place at college.

This is a huge problem for the healthcare industry long term. Female doctors work less hours than men annually , which means hospitals need more MDs for the same amount of work. Unless the government increases the amount of residency spots available soon, wait times and quality of care are going to get a lot worse.

I live in Norway. 75% of students in med school are female and our goverment is considering to introduce quotas for men now lol. Back and forth, back and forth. Too many women in med school now lol, they haven't done it yet though.

Most doctors in Norway are female now as well lol.....and since women want kids, we need more doctors since more will take a maternity leave. Also....because of the big amount of female doctors, and the lack of enough schools in Norway, we ship in doctors from Poland, Germany, France, Spain, Vietnam. hahahaha, norway sucks.

I have seen a statistic 40% of female doctors leave the field,,,and not coming back.

It is well know that more women in the field will lead to doctors shortages.And is particularly problematic in small towns where there is a natural shortage of doctors.

By exam marks, men should constitute 75% of new doctors. However, all medical schools introduced "interviews", most decades ago, which ensure 55% of new doctors are women, regardless of merit. Ofc productivity and error skyrocket with so many women, and these bitches frequently call in sick, quit in their 30s and do shit work.

At my professional school it was about 50/50 men and women when I started... (actually prolly 52% men 48% women) but the females at the school complained to the administration that they were being sexist. Low and behold the next year it was something like 56% women and 44% men. I’ll let you guess if the females in the program were satisfied after this accomplishment...

The schools DO pick students of lesser caliber than they normally would to create these “equal outcome” measures. The same thing happens with race. Certain races have higher averages on scores and such to get accepted, while others have lower (some much lower). This practice recently made national news with Harvard’s professional schools - but it happens at literally every school in the nation.

I do understand that certain people do come from disadvantaged backgrounds and could use a leg up, and I’m down for helping them out. However, just basing this off race alone seems be a little wacky and I’m sure there are a lot of false positives because of it.

I haven’t looked at the numbers between males vs females (for example if females have lower averages on test scores) I could be completely wrong but I wouldn’t be surprised if they do.
