I'm a filthy liberal, and MGTOW just doesn't appeal to SJWs because, no offense, most SJW/progressives are all pro-feminist and hate cis-gender men, out of all the 72 genders, because of all the mental problems.

Are there a lot of trad cons and conservatives? Probably more libertarian than conservative, a bit more individualistic and self-reliant, so what political leaning would you expect? Die hard socialists?

Most progressives are unable to be one sided on gender issues or pro-male, so there's that limitation here, as well as other man-hating progressives trying to list MGTOW as a hate group.

The sullying of the word 'liberal' is a crime against humanity, but 'progressive' is a term that I am more than happy to commit to the dustbin of history with both scorn and disdain.

Liberals believe that we can incrementally improve society by improving ourselves, progressives believe that we can instantly improve ourselves by improving society (however the fuck that is supposed to work).

Since ancient Athens, every time that people have pushed back against some central authority trying to direct individual lives, society has improved in leaps and bounds. MGTOW is unequivocally linked with these core tenets of individualism and liberty, which the current left wing of Western politics has abandoned entirely.

At this point I am willing to stand beside tradcon cucks in the firing line because they are not a direct and immediate threat to my basic safety and liberty. Progressives, on the other hand, would have me, at best, live my life as a meek and broken faggot, constantly looking to my social betters for confirmation and approval.

I would rather be dead.

Yep, I'm also pretty left because it's not right that a man can work his whole life and then have to sell everything he owns and give up an entire lifetime of wealth because he was one of the unlucky ones that got cancer in old age and insurance doesn't want to pay for it. I'm with you, brother. There's no way I can support the far-right extremist Republicans for one big reason: Their refusal to guarantee health care to every American. We guarantee fire department protection to everyone and education to everyone because it's the right thing to do. It's something everyone needs. The same is true of health care. Everyone should pay in and everyone should be covered. Any system that denies care to someone is a corrupt system that is violating human rights. These are the issues dear to me, and I reject the SJW "check your privilege" bullshit as well as the pandering to the feminists. The feminists are anti-liberal. I used to be progressive. I still believe in science, and global climate change is a very serious (and extremely immediate) concern. I think the US is a plutocratic form of government. And that sucks.

But the Democratic party was hijacked the same way, if not more so than the alt-right. The alt-left are female supremacists and authoritarians who believe their "superior intellects" (or "superior gender") places them above everyone who doesn't agree.

They concern me more than the alt-right at the moment, because the media and the culture as a whole normalized them. They are legitimized.

So, when people bash the left, I tend to think of it that way. I now consider myself a left leaning libertarian. It's a little annoying when people assume I'm conservative just because I don't support feminism and other forms of authoritarianism or class systems.

I consider myself progressive as well - I believe in a social safety net, universal healthcare (single-payer), environmental protections, organized labor. I'd like to see our military spending reduced by about 2/3 and have it be a true Department of DEFENSE - and the savings used for robust infrastructure projects that will be economic multipliers. I'm highly anti-corporatist having worked all my life for large corporations and seeing first-hand how they operate - and the GOP basically chugs corporate Koch 24/7. The Dems at least pay lip service to the working man, the GOP bones him without even giving a reacharound, like they did with the tax cut giveaway to the rich recently. That said all this SJW witch-hunting against men has me considering not voting D for the first time in my life.
