You have no legal defense here at all.. You can't go on a stand before a judge and jury and say I felt she was shit testing me. No one will get it or understand it at all.

The prosecutor will ask both of you what she said. You'll both say she said no consent. The tone or attitude at that time will not translate into a court room as anything that resembled the actual moment of passion. In a court the words spoken will count more than actions. She clearly said No but meant yes; however, guess what the jury will hear? RP saved your ass.

If a girl's saying "We're not sleeping together" or something like that, I'll just agree and keep doing whatever I'm doing. If they're going along with it physically it's just her justifying sleeping with you, basically saying you're the initiator. Usually then I'll say something like "You like that, you slut?" and they'll whimper yes. And that's consent.

That "I don't give consent" line is a major red flag though. At that point I'd just say "I'd like your consent or for you to leave" since you might get #metoo'd if you continue. You did the right thing in the end.

Best case is she just had a rape fantasy she wanted to act out, as a lot of women do, but even still she could turn around and ruin your life with that.

I never get this type of shit anymore and I don't think it's coincidental. I always pull under the pretense of something else (if you need examples, I'll provide some). In addition, I slow play every girl in the bedroom. I always tell them I have 3 rules:

rule #1: "If you say stop, I stop." rule #2: "We only do what you want to do." rule #3: "I'm always in control (with a wink or something)."

Ever since I began implementing this strategy, I have closed 100% of chicks who I pull. But I also do have a strong slow play game too which is pretty difficult to articulate and write down.
