Take your redpills frequently, daily if needed.

Masturbate less and less. Don't ever look at porn.

Don't drool over hot women. It is instinctual to notice them, but take control of that instinct and look away.

Develop a meditation practice. This give you more power and discipline over the mind.

Here is an odd one, and I can't say it would be effective for anyone else: Eat less or no meat. I find I crave sex when I eat meat, esp. red. I also crave meat the more often I think about sex.

Channel your sexual energy into a creative project. Sexual energy is creative energy. You want to create a child. But sexual energy can be used to create anything.

Connect more with your masculine side. Boost testosterone through exercise and estrogen blocking foods like parsley (search estrogen blocking foods). Masculine power is power over the mind.

Spend more time alone and/or away from women. Part of desiring sex is a desire to not be alone.

Avoid spending time with men who chase.

Keep with these practice to develop a strong mind, which is really the best way to transcend sexual desire.

Mind over matter.
