The only answer is for those who won't be ruled by this SJW shitfest to vote with their feet. I would wager that the most talented among the devs are the ones who act shitty to others, and have a tough time socializing. That is usually the way it goes with focus, ambition, and dare I say it genius. If the talent pool leaves, and is dilluted by ham handed numpties who espouse the "acceptable behavior" and not much else, the community will fall apart.

In other news, Linux will start degrading to the point where it becomes bloatware.

I have worked with women in tech and many of the discussions devolved into "You're disrespecting me!". Nah, I think my idea/approach is better than yours regardless if a woman or man.

I've worked with two guys who got fired for insubordination. And guess what, they were right and they were respectful in their disagreements. But female managers seemed to think it was cause they were women.

Of course, I've met some super sharp and talented tech women who did what they did well and got along with everybody. But there were also a lot of fakers that used gender to get their way.

Our Responsibilities

Maintainers have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct, or to ban temporarily or permanently any contributor for other behaviors that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies both within project spaces and in public spaces when an individual is representing the project or its community. Examples of representing a project or community include using an official project e-mail address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event. Representation of a project may be further defined and clarified by project maintainers.

Enforcement

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the Technical Advisory Board (TAB) at [email protected]. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated and will result in a response that is deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances. The TAB is obligated to maintain confidentiality with regard to the reporter of an incident. Further details of specific enforcement policies may be posted separately. Maintainers who do not follow or enforce the Code of Conduct in good faith may face temporary or permanent repercussions as determined by other members of the project’s leadership.

SJWs keep infiltrating pretty much every community from video games, comic books, movies to now the Linux community. It sucks. Wish it will stop and recede, however, the likelihood is close to zero.
