Is there not a grounds (guessing obviously not) for him to claim damages for babysitting the womans children for x amount of years? I mean, when they take someone to court for deception or fraud they probably explain why its a clear fraud. This would seem to be a clear fraud! If this man has no theoretical grounds for compensation then it is clear law is not linked to morality but more to ensuring society is cohesive.
