Sounds like you still put them on a pedestal. It's not enough to do other things if you're still thinking about how women are going to validate your existence, you have to validate yourself. Attain some wisdom ( philosophy, Buddhism, Stoicism, even the less nutty new-age stuff ).

Do whatever it takes to attain self confidence.

Play sports ( nothing better for building male character than sports! Soccer, rugby or hockey would be best - physical team sports. Basketball, if you are tall enough, I guess.

Lonliness only happens when you need consolation and support. Harden the fuck up - by developing your abilities and self regard - and it will not be so much of an issue.

Time. Seriously just give it time man, it takes years for some of us to get there. I know that loneliness, you HAVE to replace that feeling with something else. Keep taking your red pills eventually you will build up a tolerance to them (which is attractive to them anyway) I walk around my college campus and I’ll take a look around sometimes but knowing the truth about them is liberating. It’s like being free from shackles. Oh, and relationships are toxic, not worth it unless you plan on dumping after 3 months.

Maybe you should read the manipulated Male or the predatory female. I don't believe you have internalized female nature. I say that because it took me about 18 months after my horrible breakup and finding mgtow to feel indifferent to women. Now they are just there, sometimes they flirt with me and its whatever... I just take it as a compliment and move on.

You aren't missing anything. There aren't any unicorns. No woman will make you feel whole or happy. Nothing is more lonely than having a wife or gf and knowing they are with someone else while you are "together". I doubt any words or argument will discourage you. Some just need to get it out of their system by paying the price. Divorce rape was the heaviest price I paid.

Take a chance and get mixed up in a relationship or two. Do not move in with her or let her move in with you. Ride the emotional roller coaster that follows. You will still have to dodge STDs, pregnancy, false rape accusation, and a host of other troubles.

Experience may convince you where reason and your powers of observation fail to do so. Just remember you have to pay to play and the asking price may cost you everything. My recommendation to you - search out whatever horror stories you can find here, relationships, dead bedrooms, divorce, to name a few. Place yourself in the position of the man in these horror stories and ask yourself is this a situation I would want to find myself in? You might think yourself unlikely to end up in any of these situations. That would be a mistake.

Seems like you're just curious about the experience itself. In that case, go for it. Have it blow up in your face just so you know what it's like. It'll do you good. I did it. Had to. Short term? It sucks. Long term? Valuable info, mostly things I got to confirm for myself. Also tested my own limits.
