I think there's actually nothing else you can do. Side effect of getting pussy is sensual deprivation - cannot see, smell, touch, hear, taste anything but the fish. It's imo biological AND societal. For the 1st few months, 3 years (?) bio, then socio takes over all the way up to his death. Otherwise there'd be even more single mothers.

Talk to him when you can, voice your concerns to him that he's being too dependent on her and if things don't work out be there for him, it's his life you can't force him to be more independent

I've had some positive results by having a quiet, private conversation with a good buddy and saying:

"How much time do you spend with your girlfriend?" wait for response...
"and how much time do you spend with your best friends?" wait for response...
"I know your girlfriend is important to you, but are these other people in your life not equally as important, having been there for you through your hardest times?" wait for response...
"Do they not deserve more than having to fight to get scraps of your time? You know that if this continues, they'll one day decide to give up, right?"

Or something to that effect. Not guaranteed to have an impact, but maybe half of the times I've done it, the buddy has realized it's a little out-of-whack and does make much more effort with friends.

Pretty fucking common unfortunately. Advice from random guy on internet here...don’t invest any part of your life in anyone that doesn’t support or back you including blood relatives. Your life is about moving forward not dwelling in situations like your brother’s that you have no control over. He’s going to have to make some choices and unfortunately you’re learning about who he really is and more importantly the strength of his mettle. There is no saving him, he needs to make his own choices. You can express to him that you will always have his back (because as his brother you will always have his fucking back no question about it) but you need to drift off into your own world. Your world is and are the people that choose to come to you an equal or greater amount that you do to them.

I haven’t spoken to my brother in 10 years. Similar story. I have friends that I would drive through the night for before I would my actual brother. Doesn’t mean I don’t have his back, just means he has drifted from my circle. I know my level of participation. Go make your own family.
