That's quite an image. Could have been a joke, but it does hit close to home.

Women don't actually believe there is a problem, except for socially clueless donkeys who should be locked up anyway. Far as I can tell, they like it this way.

Only the hot guys flirt with them and when she's done, she can have him arrested to make sure she doesn't feel too jealous of whoever would have gotten him after she dumps him.

Let's face it, if women wanted interaction with men, they would initiate it.

This picture is a parody of the whole "slut-shaming" thing:

Always have someone with you to watch your back.
Don't walk alone at night or someone can target you.
Stay in busy streets to maximize chances of rescue.
Don't drink or you won't be able to fight back.
Don't dress like a whore or you'll draw unwanted attention.
The safest place is to be at home.

It doesn't really work on false accusations, because the "event" doesn't actually occur. Your reputation still takes the hit despite having witness accounts in your favor, and the preventatives this picture present are satire.

I'm guessing the notion is that these methods to prevent false accusations are deliberately absurd, and that absurdity is supposed to reflect similarly on attitudes towards female sexual vulnerability.

A couple things to point out, though:

Advice when it comes to "avoid being raped" are practical. It's not done in jest or malice. A woman that is not attractive will not invite arousal. The gain is not worth the consequence. And minimizing periods of vulnerability (no drinking, having company, have witnesses) is the best way to avoid harm.
These satirical avoidance measures might actually be taking place by men to avoid women. Stick with male friends, stop going out to party at night, always have evidence to prove your innocence, don't go to bars, don't attract female attention, and stop spending your resources on women instead of yourself and your home/property.

In my two years of college so far, I have never spoke to a woman socially. Only ever for class, work, or an extracurricular. I wish I could afford to be less cautious, but we're living in a false-rape culture.

use an app to record everything with your phone, then say that "you accidentally forgot it was on" during court and bring the "lucky" evidence. The fact that the phone was accidentally open "saved" you!

Then counter-sue for emotional damage and don't settle and break her back. Also make it public, shame her on all social media, tell all your friends and family, spread the word as much as possible.

Don't forget to make her pay for all the legal fees, and make sure your legal guys overcharge her to hell and back!

And when all is done, go ahead as say "I was a VICTIM of false rape accusations from a sick woman!" and demand money from the state to cure your "trauma". Do not let the state escape this charade, make it pay too!

Don't stop until all your dreams are set. Nice house, cars, no debt and a great fortune set aside.
