if prison is too inhumane for you when putting another person in a criminal position for an act they never performed, the accuser should atleast be fined a significant amount for wasting the court's time and resources.
it's not ok to condone any kind of false accusation, but saying that the accuser should not be punished in general is ignorant and disrespectful and only encourages this kind behavior for men and women to go out and ruin innocent lives that never deserved the post treatment that you will inevitability put them in.

I don’t think failing to convict someone you accuse of rape should be a crime. They may have actually raped you, but you don’t have evidence to prove it. However, if it can be proven that you intentionally accused someone of a crime, just to get them in trouble, that should be illegal.
