I grew up in a really small community, and even though I dont live there anymore, I see this shit all the time with the oilfield thots.

This is how the cycle usually goes:

Thot is freshly divorced. She's looking for a "real man" to take care of her and her 2-6 kids. She usually sprinkles bashing of her ex in this.
Thot finds new oilfield man.
One week later, they are "in love" and moving in together! She has finally found the man of her dreams!
Brags on Facebook about how big her new house is, and how happy she is.
Less than a month later, they are engaged!
Engagement is rough, she leaves him a few times because she "Needs to find herself" or "Can't deal with a relationship right now". She always goes back.
They get married.
6 months later, they take a "break". She has a hard time dealing with him being gone so much. Despite knowing WELL before getting married how much he would be gone.
1-2 years later, a messy divorce.
Posts on social media about how she "doesn't need a man".
Rinse/repeat.
