Hey, I'm not the one who created the "THOT" acronym.
But I have contemplated cashing in on it... selling T-Shirts to chicks that say in really BIG letters:
But with the "otally" in rather tiny text immediately over the "HOT." And maybe even a second like that says "Let me send you a pic-message!" or something similar.
Pretty sure a bunch of dumb bitches would buy the things -- at a premium price -- and wear them "proudly" ... while being entirely oblivious to what the acronym actually stands for.
In addition to making money by selling a large number of the shirts, I'm pretty sure I'd be providing a significant source of laughter to an even larger number of young guys.

Depends on how you pronounce it in your mind. It seems to be mainly a written (typed) thing and not (AFAIK) generally pronounced out loud in conversation, so if you equate it with "thought" well... that's sort of your mistake.
You could choose to read it as "That Hoe Over There" -- which is what it actually means.... or if you insist on "pronouncing" the acronym, you could say it again in your mind as "T-Hot" (with the "T" standing for whatever you want, like say "Trashy" or "Tranny") or even as "T .. Hoe .. T".
Just thot that might help resolve this little "pet peeve" you seem to have developed over it.

That's just it though, its used like a noun and shoehorned in where it doesn't belong. Why? So one can feel cool on the internet with the edgy new thing people are saying? That's why I say, "Have a thought of your own." Following the crowd often leads one astray.
