How to stop chasing (stop looking for approval) my male friends and women, without losing them or being mean?(maybe never had them) i also have low self esteem and low social skills. Both are rising a bit though. Thanks for the help

It's likely you are too young to know many males who ask about others. I'd consider it rare in men under 35.

You need to see the behavior honestly, which will be painful to admit.

Begging for approval and attention is disgusting submissive behavior, and you are disgusting for doing it. I’m telling you as someone that has left that shit in the rear view mirror. You have to be able to tell people that don’t respect you to fuck off. Get them out of your life. You’ve been programmed with all kinds of bullshit rules that you have to be nice to be accepted: total horseshit. You have to be successful and have a great life for yourself; that’s what makes people want to be around you.

Btw: I have one real friend that has stood by me over the years. One. All of the others that I spent so much time with, and thought of as friends all disappeared. As a man you have to be able to walk alone without needing anyone, because you will almost certainly be in that position more than once.

And don’t ever depend on a woman for anything. She will despise you for it and destroy you.

I get this also. I can get a wbu but I almost have to make an awkward pause for them to ask. I understand your frustration. Possibly a status thing? Alo we are considered human doings. It's not what they can do for you it's what you can do for them. If you were in a band I'm sure it would be different. I'd also like to get an answer... maybe you come off as trying to hard?
