Part of the appeal of alpha bad-boys to women is that the guy is basically a project. "If only/Maybe I can change him just for me." This is going to happen no matter what. Women will always want you to grow as a person. Which I think is stressful as fuck. It's a good thing I stopped following that "you need to change yourself" advice. Mind you, it doesn't mean I stop exercising, being productive and self improving and say, you need to accept me.

I stopped following that advice because chances are, if you turn into the person they want you to be in, there's no guarantee that they'll be 100% happy with that change and it was all about wanting to be outraged for the sake of "being outraged."

General advice, change yourself for the sake of yourself, not for others. If they cannot even follow their own advice to "change yourself", well it goes both ways then.
