While I don't have much sympathy the "cunt across the street" I think that it makes far more sense to direct anger at the person who actually made the marital vow and broke it.

Obviously I'm not married, but if I were and my wife slept with some guy, then I'm going to be mainly angry at her. That guy is nobody to me - I'm sure he is a loser, but the world is full of losers. It is my wife that made a promise to be faithful to me, and she broke that promise. For all I know the guy who slept with her might not have even known she was married. Even if he did I'd be more angry at my wife, because it was my wife who bore an obligation towards me.

If you don't want to be faithful to one person for the rest of your life, then don't get married.
