My mum told me how i once had a great uncle who was the favorite of the family loved and cherished. my family was filled with criminals and most definitely did not have good relationship with the police. But he, out of all our family never fell into crime, unlike my grandpa or my other great uncles did, instead he stayed the angle of the family. But he passed away at the age of only 21! MURDERED by some drunk whore of a woman who ran him over killing my great uncle on his motor bike. The police hated my family and didn't give a flying fuck about justice or the murder of my great uncle. Instead they let that whore go and to this day she probably is running more INNOCENT men over because of her childish way of life. My grandpa was a tough man, involved with a lot of bad shit during his time, but not even he could hold back from tears. I didn't have a clue that my great uncle who passed existed as my grandpa never spoke a word of him, or any of my family. The anger that comes about in me knowing that the innocent always suffer, god rest his soul.

I lost my first home and half my 401k. If I take that 50% that I had accumulated in my 20’s out to retirement age I lost an unspeakable (for me at least) amount of money. The only thing that keeps me going is that it was invested in tech (90’s) so I would have lost a substantial amount anyways. Still...losing that house killed me.
