Thought experiment: The more jobs you give to women the more homeless you create.

Really simple take an abstract system of 4 homeless people 2 men and 2 women.

Give one of the men a job and he'll pair up with one of the women (or the other man) and leave 2 homeless people.

Give one of the women a job and you're left with 3 homeless people as women almost never pair down.
