Do something silly in public, can be very small like wearing a t shirt with a stupid slogan. Slowly you'll realise, non gives a fk.

Also have more conviction in your approaches, you have to truly believe in what youre doing ans rationalise it to alongside your beliefs.

Just approach whichever girl who is a 7 or above and gives you choosing signals, which means whichever girl glances at you and stuff like that then you will go at the right time. Then just say Hi my name's x, I'd love to get to know you sometime. Here's my number. then leave. Then text, and after you meet her for the first time, after that say hit me up next time you wanna hang out again. and then play the waiting game. Simple red pill game.
