When I filed for divorce my ex wanted to keep the house and I agreed hoping to make a clean break. She could not afford it so she began to become very sweet/loving and asked me if I would continue to pay her an amount of money each month so she could keep the house. You know for the children. (Won’t someone think of the children???) Naturally I declined to pay her to live there wouldn’t you know it that sweet loving woman became furious at me be. I was belittled and attacked more than when we were married. It was a truly eye opening experience.
