After 16 years of marriage and a total of 21 years together my 35 year old wife is leaving me for a "life of fun and adventure!"

So we got married young. I was 23 and she was 19. Things were great for a long time. We barely had enough money to live on but we were happy. Over the years I struggled with depression. I gained weight, wasn't very social and I started having issues sexually. I was on meds for depression that lowered my interest in sex. Even though sex became an issue I was doing everything else I could to make her happy. I was a beta male combining our money and barely spending any on myself. That left her plenty for hair appointments, clothes and girls nights.

I bent to her will on every decision to keep her happy while I tried to work on my problems. In the end I ran out of time. She doesn't believe I will be what she wants. She's sick of dealing with my depression and wants a divorce.

I'm extremely sad however am grateful she didn't just stay with me for the money all the time banging guys on the side. Or maybe she was I will never know.

She thinks at age 35 she's going to enter the dating pool and find a better guy. Sure she will find guys to bang but that's about it. Maybe that is what she wants. She wants her wild days she didn't get cause she married me so young.

Anyway I'm trying to stay positive. I do feel like a loser to have my wife leave me cause I don't have sex with her enough. Although somehow I feel like she didn't want me to fix this. She gave me a deadline of 2 months then proceeded to move interest the guest room and has been sleeping in there the entire time. She also made sure to never be home on the weekends going out with her friends. So how was I supposed to fix our sex problem?

Well that's about it. The house goes up for sale next week and she's excited. It's killing me inside to have to give up all we've worked hard to accomplish.

I moved across the country away from my family for this girl. Now she willing to toss away 21 years for some dick. Hope she hits the wall soon.
