My grandfather lived until 91 and could bend down, run, jog, cycle, go for long walks, until he was hospitalized. AND he was a smoker. Women are such useless assholes. They spend a lifetime of avoiding any form of exercise and then wonder why they can't do jackshit after menopause sets in.
