I went to university. I look back and find some of it crazy. Sure I learnt some useful things while I was there, but it would have been much more time efficient just to stay in a room and read some books. Running around from lecture to lecture takes up so much time and I find I learn more easily reading a book.

Plus the last course I did at university was only partically relevant to the career I did afterwards.

this is fine, both can play the same game you know? for example "of course you can join the team but first you need to..." can actually change to "you are not in, out.", I think it will be actually a game changer, one that boys and men benefit from. Imagine the "this work looks great" to "D-", the "you look nice today" to nothing at all, not even a glance, "I think you are in line for a first" to "search elsewhere", all of that with cold indifference.

Would be hilarious if a significant portion of the male student body, refused interaction with the females, and while out or in a pub made these statements loudly to each other. Maybe make a game of first one to get the opportunity and do it gets a pint from the reciever. Guy who manages the most goes home with a bottle of gin or a six pack. Doubt it would take long before the frustrated articles to start appearing in the Guardian. Headline: "Guys aren't taking our BS seriously, mocking, where are all the good men."
