Side note - I never got why some guys freak out over balding. My old man is bald, but he shaves that shit clean and looks like a hardcore fucking caveman/felon. He's got a dent in his noggin and some wicked scars from a car crash when he was a kid, but girls even younger than me are constantly trying to fuck him. He just has that straight up beast alpha male attitude and nothing completes it like a bald dome. If I ever lose my hair, I'd do the same, it looks raw as hell. If MGTOW is right for a person, I think it's much worse to try to resist the natural pull toward it, than to just accept it.

Let's say he tries to forget MGTOW. If he had trouble with dating before, forgetting MGTOW isn't going to change it. His hair transplant may help, but I'm not sure how much. It's possible that it doesn't help as much as he would like.

He could still be a MGTOW that dates, and have it both ways: if he's still not 100% on MGTOW, he can still date, but if he's trying MGTOW too, then he probably won't be nearly as unhappy if the dating goes nowhere, since MGTOW should lower his expectations.

It sounds to me like he's unhappy at least partly because he thinks that MGTOW (and groups like it) may be correct, but perhaps he doesn't want them to be. Yet it seems that he can't convince himself that they are incorrect.

One thing I like about MGTOW is that it explains the world that I see around me pretty well. There's something very satisfying (and underrated) about feeling like one understands what's going on. I think this guy needs to consider that he can replace his current feelings about MGTOW with such feeling of satisfaction.

I don't associate going MGTOW with becoming more unhappy. To me, unhappy times were NOT being MGTOW, and being disappointed at not being able to have a romantic relationship that I later realized wasn't realistic. Going MGTOW means I don't waste my time being unhappy with a problem that realistically I probably can never fix (my failures at dating).

It's a wide world too, and so many guys think it's all about romantic relationships. There's so much more to life. We don't all get to have the same things. It's only logical to focus on the good things that a guy does get to have, instead of subscribing to lifelong unhappiness because the guy isn't one of the top guys in dating.

I could spend $50,000 on cosmetic surgery, spending all my free time working out, learning how to entertain women, saving money to later spend on women, and trying to date. And you know what? I'm guessing that I would still not attract anywhere near my "dream woman." More like I'd find someone that I'm attracted to, but is not my dream. Well, for all that trouble, I'd better find my dream woman! :-) And, to be honest, why do all that, when what woman would go to that trouble to attract me? There's so much fun stuff I could do with that time and money instead of spending it trying to attract and date women.

Had to actually read this crap to post.

First off, this dude's mistake was taking advise, or getting involved with clowns in WORLD OF FUCKING WARCRAFT.

Let's start with all the Tranny shit. First off, back in some of my drag queen days, I am extremely passable, and I NEVER got hit on by a single fucking woman. I don't know where this dude is getting this advised that 'Transwomen' get laid, heterosexual wise, easier? Never had been my experience at all. Matter of fact, most women HATE Transwomen.
