My hearing's not great, but I think she said the two men complimenting her flower was harassment, and they were angry because she was "disagreeing with the men" about whether or not the neighborhood was or was not a public space open to men and women? Am I understanding this right? That she thought the men's compliment of her flower was their way of saying she shouldn't have been outside?
