To manage an LTR you can't break frame and go beta on your girlfriend, otherwise there's a disaster bound to happen. I almost had a fall out with my LTR because I stopped working on my purpose and my passion. We took space and I started taking my interest to the new level, now our relationship grew stronger. So to answer your question, yes. Mistakes are unforgivable, learn from them and don't repeat!

A single instance of being beta definitely hurts you, but it doesn't mean you automatically lose the game. Just focus on making as few mistakes as possible and being as consistently alpha as possible. Let go of the mistakes and move on.

Dating market and LTR's / marriages are different.

When you're dating and meeting new women it's enforced to always hold frame and never fuck up because women have so many options that the chance of them losing interest is high, even if you perform flawlessly in some cases.

Either way, mistakes ARE bad. Mistakes means that you regret doing something you chose to do. You're going back on your word and it shows that you do not have direction or the back bone to take responsibility for your actions.

Accidents are different. You came bounce back from those because they're human. If you forget to take out the trash, it's an accident. Whoops.

Just own your shit. If you get called out on something, own it. If your LTR calls you out for flirting with the bartender, don't deny it or come up with some excuse. Tell her, "Yeah, I was trying to get her number for you for when you're ready to get more freaky in the bedroom. I know you like blondes."

It's not about one or two specific actions so in that regard there is plenty of room for mistakes to be made. It's about the overall picture and what that picture says about you.

For example, my first take of most other men is almost always wrong. I peg guys as being very beta or very alpha and find out they're the opposite or somewhere in between. Because I need more information to get the full picture. It's like that for women and why, if you have good game, you generally want more time with a woman to give her a fuller picture of who you are. Making mistakes doesn't destroy the picture, but if you keep making them the picture changes entirely.
