Practice. It’s not going to come overnight. At first it’ll be an active thought process, then it’ll get easier. The more you practice the better you get. I used to be SO shy, I didn’t say anything to anybody. Now that I work in a field that you have to talk to clients all day and very clearly express what you want, it’s much easier for me.

Get comfortable saying less. The overwhelming majority of blokes' biggest social problem is that they talk to much with fuck all value.

I'm actually interested in this too. I can express myself in text but wish I was eloquent and articulate in my speech.

Something I've taken to doing is typing into a word document about any subject for an hour a day. I'm hoping it will force me to put sentences together faster.

Read more. That is the best way to expand you vocabulary.
