She is correct. There is technically always better out there. But the thing women don't understand is that the probability of finding better gets increasingly small each branch she swings up. Tree branches are thick and abundant lower down at the bottom but thin and scarce and hard to swing to at or near the top without breaking the branches and falling all the way down.
