Go for the morning after pill, brother. Pre-cum has not sperm in it. The only sperm that would there would be any that was caught in your urethra from the last time you ejaculated. If you take a piss between ejaculation, the ammonia in your urine usually kills most sperm cells. You're massively underestimating how unlikely pregnancy is. If she was at the right stage in her cycle and you didn't pull out then your chances would be something like 20%-30%. If done at the right time, every time, pulling out has something like a 93% success rate anyway. So chances are you're fine.
