I witnessed a conversation in mall bookstore once where this woman wearing a super low cut shirt and tight pants (Basically dressed for maximum exposure and sexual attraction).. and she's complaining to her friend that too many people are staring at her!! I'll never understand why women dress or in this case DON'T dress for the sake of attention and then acted surprised or offended when they get it!

Someone should do a social experiment where a man and a woman both go streaking in different parts of the same city (maybe opposites sides of a park or something) and see what happens to each of them. My guess is the results would be very different between the two.
