Sloth is the foundation of all sin and error. Laziness is the basis of all wrong doing, it is the greatest mistake.

The greatest good, which is at the center of all good, is diligence.

Through sloth and laziness we compound our mistakes and allow our problems to grow, we neglect our moral duties, we avoid pursuing our own dreams, we dismiss our potential, we even fail to tread our own spiritual path.

This is true no matter if you are a Christian or a Buddhist or neither. I also realized this great truth is an underpinning belief of MGTOW.
