Summary: This post is a look back on what happened to me during first two month of TRP, but it goes deeper than just sexual relationships with women. I also want to make an accent on my relationship with friends, family and with the guy that I see in the mirror everyday.

BODY: I will not go into great details of my previous life but I need to outline it for the context. When I was 16 up untill 18 I was alpha by definition of my actions, I had many girls, IDGAF attitude, abundance mentality and I lived my life in a way that I trully wanted to. However at 19 I met a girl developed strong oneitis for her and during 5 year relationship I became more beta each day. I will not describe all the things that I did however I am sure you can imagine ( from paying for her vacation to sacrificing my grades so she can do better in university ). I also have problems with my father who is the toxic kind of beta, he uses manipulation, shaming and even physical abuse to get people who he has control over to do stuff that he wants. He is a control freak and he is the reason my real mother died ( His weakness is the reason ). So the more my GF dragged me down the more I let my father walk over me and the more he walked over me the more I felt the need to hold on to my GF it all kept spiraling down the drain. I discovered TRP after my EX dumped me and I learned that she cheated on me on 3 different ocasions and she dumped me for one of the guys she cheated on me with. Naturally I was depressed, angry desperate. But I remembered that my cousin who is very successful in life once told me "You are one of strongest people I know because not matter what shit happens in your life you somehow keep positive attitude". So i decided with the help of TRP this time I am going to utilize this positive attitude.

  • Started Lifting: Turns out I have pretty good genetics when it comes to sports in two month I lost 10 KG and now I can see 4 abs I can wear clothes that I bought two years ago and they stopped fitting me. This gives me huuuuge ( Trump voice ) confidence boost.
  • Started Kick Boxing: I realized that one of reasons I was so afraid to say no to my father was not only physical strength but also fear of fight and confrontation, so I started kick boxing and I forced myself to have lazer eye contact with people on the street to see who looks away first. Now what I do is I look at some guys GF smile and wink at her then look at the guy ( I know it is a dick move but it is a mental excersise that I have to do right now because I want to test the limits of my fear ).
  • I started being brutally honest with my father and most other people: I don't lie about anything, when he talks bullshit I just walk away, when he tries to shame I call him out on it, when he tries to force me to do something I just look him in the eyes and calmly say no and keep looking untill he says something or just walks away. He is not a bad person but he has his issues and I am not gonna deal with them anymore.
  • Regarding girls: I started to genuanly not give a fuck. During these two month I confirmed 99% of TRP concepts such as hypergamy, orbitting, AWALT, branch swinging, shit testing and passing them, assholes finish first etc. I am spinning 1 plate now an HB7 and working on getting more.
  • Started teaching english conversation club: There are a lot of pretty girls there and I like interacting with them. It is a perfect enviorement because I already have preselection on my side and when new girls come in they are so easy to game. I definately recomend to everybody on TRP to do something similar where you are speaking publicly like comedy, teaching etc.
  • I used to let my friends walk over me in a sense that make fun of me ( male shit tests ). Now I can sense how their attitude towards me changed. I feel that my presense now makes a difference. It is so inspiring to have this where you see that even males of the group start competing for your confirmation. I attribute this to martial arts. It makes me feel more confident and secure which is very important for the man.
  • Read Several books: The 6 Pillars of self-esteem, No more Mr. Nice Guy, The Way of Superior Man, 48 Laws of Power, Mastery, The Mystery Method etc. It is very important to read and constantly research topics that interest you. We get caught up so much in daily routines that we forget about reading. But every book that you read is like an additional tool in your arsenal and you never know where you might find it useful.

Conclusion: I became Narcissitic, Self-centered, egoist, asshole and I have never been more happier in my life. Girls have never been easier, friends have never been easier, relationship with family has never been easier. This does not mean that I never get emotional or have my doupts. I just supress the emotions that I find irrational and suppress doupts as I know that my body is lazy and my mind is lazy, they don't want to change and expand their comfort zones, but I will push myself to my limits. TRP is really a great tool and it does its job perfectly. I just felt the need to describe what I have experienced. I call this process as taking my power back and being responsible for my own happiness.

Lessons Learned:

  • Being Beta or alpha is not definition of a person, but rather definition of actions. And you make actions not only in your sexual relationships but also in daily life. So it is all connected. Don't aim to be alpha just with girls but be alpha in life.
  • Learn to say NO to people. If you don't want to do something then don't fucking do it because somebody told you. They will feel it and you will feel the tension and it is not going to be nice.
  • Identify your problems first, you might think that you are only bad with women or your only problems are relationships or your body etc. but the issues might be deeper, like in your psychology, learn about them and fight them untill you win.
  • Abundance mentality and IDGAF are two most important concepts on TRP and you need to practice them everyday in every situation not just regarding women.
  • TRP is strong and use it wisely. It is like a weapon handed to you. It is your job to aim it correctly.
