Here's a story about how I got forced out of a club by some idiots.

I moved to Paris, France four nights ago and since getting here I've gone out to party every night, catching up with old friends before I start my job next week. Two nights ago, I was in this busy club at around 6am on my own after my friends had left. I wanted to stay because the music was really good, I was feeling great and I wasn't supposed to work the next day.

Picture the room being one long rectangle with the DJ set up at the end of it. I was close to the front just dancing like everyone else when I noticed this really hot girl in front of me to my left who's right up against the DJ booth. Right behind her is some random dude who won't stop touching her. He's completely out of it so doesn't realise she's not taking his advances very well. Eventually she turns around and starts screaming at him. She grabs the guy's coat that's on the floor and shoves it in his face before telling him that she's had enough and that he ruined her night. This guy looks half asleep and doesn't seem too bothered. She storms off towards the exit and very quickly he decides to follow her. I take a couple steps back and turn around, still dancing, so I can get her in sight just to see if that guy is about to do something stupid. Watching inebriated people fight is always entertaining but I also felt sorry for her because all she wanted to do was dance on her own and she probably gets bothered all the time.

Before I know it, someone taps my on the shoulder. I turn around and standing behind me is the white night patrol. Literally there's 4/5 guys just standing there who start arguing with me: "You won't leave that girl alone" "You're one of them" "You're disgusting, think about what you're doing". I look at them in complete bemusement. I reply: "wtf are you talking about? I'm here on my own. I haven't been anywhere near that girl all night" I try to walk away but they block my passage. The guy who originally tapped my shoulder pulls me towards the bouncer who's standing against the wall about five feet away. He starts complaining with the bouncer about what I was supposedly doing. I'm in complete denial but I realise very quickly that there's nothing I can say that'll change anything. It's time to leave. The bouncer tells me to go dance on the other side of the room and to leave these guys alone. I tell him I'm just going to leave the club because I've had enough. The platoon of white knights disperse, satisfied with my decision. As I leave, the bouncer taps me on the shoulder and tells me he was sorry but it was my word against theirs. He hadn't seen anything so couldn't do anything. He asked me to dance on the other side of the room in order to stay clear of those guys. I told him he was just doing his job and I left the club.

Every night that I go out to a club, it seems like any girl with a high SMV just gets encircled by random guys trying to get their attention. I definitely do not get involved with that kind of behaviour. I'm going to dance and just have a good time, if someone wants to dance with me than cool. I don't need a nightclub at 6am to pull.

It's mad to watch a bunch of guys competing to see who's the nicest guy when the woman isn't anywhere nearby. Maybe they were her friend (1 girl invites loads of guys to the club? ha).

Just for clarity I speak French and all the conversations were in French.
