I started doing this after a cunt I dated in 2007 cheated on me, claimed she was pregnant by me, tricked me into giving her 250 quid for the abortion, then got engaged to another man whilst still pretending to be my girlfriend. I later found out there was no pregnancy after all, and the 250 was given to him to buy the engagement ring. And, she later turned all of my friends and colleagues against me with lies forcing me out of my job.

So anyway, for aprox 1.5 years I hated every woman in the world, detested them so much if a woman walked past me in the street i'd deliberately look the other way as we passed, even if i was looking at a brick wall, my head would be turned looking away from them.

What I noticed was they would also not make eye contact or look at me, but just as they passed me they'd look right at me into my eyes as if wondering why i'm not checking them out.

After the hate for women subsided i'd still do this, and notice the same thing... as they approach they'd act oblivious to me, expecting the usual "male gaze" to validate them, but instead i'd act completely oblivious to their existence... and at the moment we passed they give in and stare right into my eyes, sometimes angrily.

Deny them your gaze and you deny them power over you.

Don't look down, look slightly over their heads, make them feel your ubersupreme malettitude.

When asked for help, might help if you answer "I don't, no." which sounds exactly like "I don't know.". Grammar and relevance is irrelevant these days.

Be kind but don't forget "you're stupid", so quality of help can be... insufficient. Which will make them seek freebies elsewhere, eventually resulting in you having more time for yourself and things and people you enjoy. It does take practice to understand where and when it can be done without you suffering.

A good technique is to dehumanise random people and to promote that in your body language.

Train yourself to not even acknowledge them as people and you behaviour will adapt to it. You'll naturally have this "presence" in society where people will not even bother interacting with you.

Alphas have this aura which they use attract people to them, it can be used in reverse.

I do this too. I wear a cap and look down my phone. They usually get disappointed when they notice that you don't check them out. Despite them not wanting you to? Weird how that works.

I have been doing this for a very long time. What I really like doing, usually at work, is making it clear that I am hetero, and then completely ignoring the pleas for attention. It really frustrates the shit out of them. Specially if they are hot and aren't interested in you! That REALLY gets to them (They do seem to think that they DESERVE your attention)! It can backfire a bit. They will tend to try harder to get the attention from you (can get pretty annoying). But, then again, it is work so they can only take that so far (at least where I work).

I don't even bother looking at them. If anything, I make extra sure that I have this look of disgust on my face whenever I come across one those vapid cunts/land whales. Eck, I sometimes bother to make remarks such as, "disgusting." Or simply snicker out loud.

Whenever I get within a group of women (especially young one), simply hearing the stupid shit those stupid bitches talk about, even if only for 3 seconds, makes me want to jump off a bridge.

i try and look as scary as possible and meet their eye to see what they do, 9/10 they look fucking terrified, but most guys do the same because apparently i look "violent" in terms of build and walk/gate.

Nah OP. i don't do that. Usually if a women checking on me i will go and talk to them if i like them i invite them to the coffee. If i don't then i politely cut the conversation and go on my way. don't be a retard. If you don't want to talk women just ignore them.
