A lot of it is propaganda, and most of it is gynocentric. I stopped watching most tv shows/tv series, lame night shows, movies, animes, i cancelled netflix, i don't use any other streaming services. In a sense I'm voting with my money.

Basically i search for media instead of just consuming what is provided. And i tend to support those that genuinely produce content as opposed to recycling propaganda.

I think its mostly media companies catering to their audience (or more specifically, marketers advertising to their audience). Most people that watch daytime TV are women, most people that watch TV sitcoms are either women or gay men. Most masculine males are not watching TV, they are probably playing video games, watching sports or out at the pub talking with friends. I am generalizing here, but so are advertisers.

However, when it comes to News, which I call "information entertainment", I truly believe there is a slant and the vast majority of "news outlets" or "media companies" have their own narrative which is ultimately detrimental to large parts of society.

Either way - we're fucked!

Yep. That's why i usually listen to metal and classical music and watch anime. I know the latter can have some pretty bad BP shit, but a lot of times I can go over it because it's fantasy after all. And there are a lot of others that are just properly done without too much focus on women or doing stuff for women. On the contrary actually I think there are a lot more about men (or women at times) being drunk about a goal and trying to achieve it. Which is something i really like.

Conspiracy is about coordinated action. The whole establishment sharing a point of view and pushing the same way isn't really a conspiracy.

You just need to tune out establishment media, and seek alternatives. Reading will be key in all likelihood.

Don't overlook older works, from before things were as gynocentric as they are now. Film Noir, for example, was a genre that saw women for exactly what they were.
