1-5% is normal. Not everyone is going to like your mug. Just surround yourself with those who do.

Shrug it off, and keep on going forward. But don't try too hard, and don't aim to win people over.

Chalk it down to either either envy or their ego's self preservation because you're better than they are. In any odd case, you might've accidentally looked at a guy wrong or Sally saw you hit on Jessica and now she's pissed. ive experienced both of these and tried to make amends (because they're either co-workers or friends of friends) but sometimes people won't budge.

If your "hate-rate" is only 1%-5% then you are doing ok, or maybe you are just doing nothing noteworthy.

Anything worth doing will generate a hate-rate much higher. Depending on what additional theory you like, it could be 20%, or 39% or some other number. Hell, actually asserting Red Pill truths in a university environment will get you hated by at least half of everyone you meet.

Now not to rationalize. If there is room for improvement, do it. On the other hand, don't be too much of a super sensitive people pleaser. You seem to like and accept yourself.

Self-acceptance might go against some of TRP's self-improvement olympics concept that some have here. But I am believer in it. That is after you know you are being the best you you can be.

You are who you are and you aren't who you aren't. Get a thicker skin and just breeze on through that 5% to 10%. Unless you are losing friends or jobs, who gives a flying fuck what others think?!

Some people... simply just don't like certain other people, no magic behind that. This may be impossible for someone to understand especially if these people are likable, but that's how things are.

If you are going against the grain, you will have enemies. Other bp men don't want to see you succeeded generally because they don't. Feminists don't want to see you land endless women because their unattractive bipolar ass got played too many times.

That being said, there are masculine men who won't be your friend until you've proved yourself. These are not enemies.

I know at least 20% of people I meet are 'enemies' or people who have an overall negative image of me. You can't change their opinion, so best decision is to use them to gain an advantage. Make your enemies fight each other for your amusement.

This may be a good time to state there's a thin line between those who hate you and sexual attraction. Haters have strong emotions towards you, for all intents and purposes, this can be as useful as love

One of my good friends now told me that, when we were in HS, he hated me. Why? I was two years older, much more confident than he was, and banging the girls he wanted to bang. Now that he's grown up and established himself in his career, we're good friends.

People who are insecure about themselves will often let this affect their behavior. It's a big cause of "bitchiness" in women, and with guys, weak ones, anyway, if you're "cooler" than they are, they resent it.

I once thought this way as well. Then I noticed something: when it was people that other knew as well, other people got the same vibe.

So, it really can just be them.

One example was a bitchy secretary to a college dean. I thought "wow, why is this woman so mean to me?" Turns out the whole student body hate her.

So, I think you figured out that about 5% of people are total assholes. Sometimes these same folks will be nice or kiss ass when it helps them, but don't necessarily take it as genuine.

When your SMV is above somebody else's you have a target painted on your back. You are an enemy and you will be ignored or met with hostility until that person sees/figures how befriending you can be more beneficial.

You need to work on your frame and take it as a compliment.
