Hate is useful, but not for the person experiencing it. It's useful for someone else who sees that you have an emotional fixation and that they can use it to manipulate you. You're right that for us as individuals it's useless to hate, but more than that, it's a vulnerability. Any emotional fixation that strong is an invitation to be controlled.

Evolution is ruthlessly efficient so if hate did not have a place it would not exist. The same applies to jealously, sadness, and any of the other so called 'bad' emotions that you feel. Hate provided a competitive advantage. Furthermore I believe that hate is the same as love. They are 2 ends of the same line and it is the contrast between them that makes them meaningful. So, if you cannot truly hate, then you cannot truly love. Joy is powerful only in contrast to sorrow. A wide range of emotions are what makes one passionate.

Hating another man isn't the way to go but everybody doesn't play by the same rules. Some people do it and win because they have a following of people who will eat it up. There's definitely a place for it.

These preconceptions are befitting a child. We harm others all the time, we murder each other all the time. You think anyone in the west cares if their military slaughters others for control of an economic region, often a thing done for our own economic beneficence. This macro example cannot be without it existing and being exercised continuously by the micro economic individual.

Hate is not bad, good or existent on any two scale paradigm. Hate is one of the strongest emotions we can experience and one can argue with good reason. We feel hate when we do not receive value for that which we give, socially, economically because we prioritize our survival first and foremost, those who do not return it are dead, useless and obstructions. The average ignorant does not understand this subconscious order in the human animal, but acts readily upon it. Here the anger is the realization of a man who's wasted countless hours trying to get a women to give vagina, when in fact the women themselves utilized this need without ever reciprocating anything of value to said man. The anger is the realization two fold, that the man himself is weak and preyed upon by those who're strong in inherent value, the inherency of value because one sex controls and willfully rations the reproductive aspect of the species for their own benefit, and that their interactions with women are not the retarded idioms of men and women being ying and yang, but the two sexes in competition and warfare for supremacy in the reproductive economy.

With regards to women they've earned all the hate and then some in the Manopshere. Not only in this the present era but throughout our history men have hated women. Its a rich tradition which has lived in infamy until the present liberal economic era. What does the Iliad teach a man about women? What does Pandora and the Odyssey teach us? Women are liars, manipulative and will always lead men to their destruction. They do not care regardless one way or the other of the end result of their actions because most of them are incapable of such projection. The collapse of empires, the desolation and continuation of a corrupt race of beings, women will only perpetuate the cancer of corruption and aggregation forward, they're incapable of otherwise.

We cannot also just blame them for the hate alone because they're not the ones who build, administrate the very system we live in. Men are slaves to vagina, and all the delusions forth right that accompany it. Men are even enslaved to serve the gynocrocy via that which gives us our polarization and strength, testosterone. Most men are to weak to fight their desire or even augment the reproductive economy within. Even MGTOWs who're at the end of the red pill have a great difficulty in finding alternative outlets because the technology to bypass women all together simply doesn't exist yet.

Conclusion: Let the hate flow through you, use it to bypass your animalistic feelings and to advance your goals.

There absolutely is a place for hate. It's when hate starts to control you that's the issue.

Hate brings out so much energy and testosterone. Remember the last time you were really fucking angry? Yeah you felt energy running through your veins. You felt amped, like you wanted to fight someone and beat the shit out of them. That's a very manly feeling. Embrace it, but don't let it control you.

I don't know about this one Niko, hatred, like every emotion common to humans, serves its purpose.

The meat of the essay I think could be summarized as, don't let emotions rule you, the more extreme the emotion the more wary you should be as your giving into externally based frame.
