tl;dr Applied TRP values and went from "awh he's such a cute boy" to "I'd let him mount me any day" within a couple of days.
I'm a quite young guy who can recall his entire life as BP to the bone. From working out FOR chicks, wanting to get in a permanent relationship with someone who I "love" and the like.
I've been in monk mode before I knew what monk mode is, digging out little golden nuggets of useful information to better myself. Some time ago, I found TRP. I personally take most posts with a grain of salt and only apply things that are actually applicable but nevertheless it helped. I improved my mentality since I'm still a neophyte and planning to work on my body more after I'm done with some things.
But to get to the point. I'm twenty and I have a sister who is thirty four. She sometimes invites me to go out with her and her friends(also around that age) and most if not all are HB6+. For anyone who's had an older sibling of the opposite sex, you get treated like a baby even if you're 35 as long as there's that massive age gap. It agitated me so much. Her friends would call me the "perfect brother" and things such as these. One of them even called me "the man of her life"(uwot?) but I was shoved in a deep "he's just a little baby" zone.
And then it suddenly hit me. Why not turn my weakness into sheer power? Sheer fucking power I tell you, bro. Next time I went out, each and every single time I got shoved into the "baby zone" I pretty much started twisting it and claiming younger dudes are more vigorous, charismatic and the like to hold frame. It didn't take more than thirty fucking minutes for a 31 year old HB7 to give me cock hungry stares from the group. It also sent the rest in the group(except my sister of course) swooning quietly since they were in LTRs and "couldn't" advance.
The other male in the group was much older than me but had strong beta qualities. He paid for all of our drinks and had me on feathered pillows since he was trying to get with my sister but was too much of a beta to make a move. So instead, he sought out my approval and hers. He was cheering me on about how obvious she was and the like. When he told me "go get her bro she wants the d" or whatever he said I intentionally spoke louder so she heard me and held 100% frame by saying very few words. All in good time. That's literally all I said. The SECOND she picked it up, she sat next to me and...
I've no car since #economyissues but she drove me to her house, paid for my extra drinks, paid for my food, made me coffee in the morning, gave me breakfast, offered to drive me back home, ironed my clothes before I left and is now texting me like crazy about how close she knows my birthday is and how she should take me shopping, she is BEGGING me to take her out and she constantly hints she won't even let me pay.
Funniest thing? I didn't even fuck her because I couldn't get it up that night. I just made no big deal about it and blamed it on the booze. Of course it bothered me, but what I didn't see was; it made her so self conscious she thinks it is her fault. She doesn't believe she's good enough for a, as she called me, 20 year old casanova.
To sum a lot of the things up and make it more cohesive, I'm now getting private messages in social media by more of my sister's friends about going out. One of them I even know her BP LTR. I apparently have the reputation of the perfect guy in that social circle after the whole ordeal and since they are all nurses, I'm getting requests from hot students that work in the hospital that they do.
I'm still unsure why it was such a massive turn, or perhaps I was too blind to see the opportunity in that social circle, but my circles were non existent until that event. I had managed to cut ties with a lot of my friends and peers due to them disrespecting me which played a major role into my mentality shift.
Main points: All I did was held frame although I had seven chicks demeaning my masculinity by pulling the little boy card, were conscious of my body language and took as much space as possible, held a strict-funny attitude to keep them in a "Is he joking or is he being an asshole?" mentality and kept doing push-pull with the HB7 redhead, while alternating between her friends so that she gets a little bit of dread and seeks out my attention herself. It paid off massively. I didn't pretend to be someone else, tried to suppress my negative qualities or anything related. I kept some degree of distance to entice her to figure me out, baited her to see my best qualities and voila.
Moral of the story: Go all in. You'll find this very cheesy but the quote "be yourself" is very good advice if you interpret it correctly. Enhance your positive qualities, hold frame. HOLD FRAME. HOLD FRAME! And make your attention span valuable. Once one falls, the ones that witness it will want to follow. I forced myself to not hesitate once throughout the encounter and didn't care of the impression I'd leave. I was stunned by the response.
PS: inb4 legal drinking age is 21, no its not here. Also, the post may be a bit inconsistent because I'm extremely tired and about to hit the sack.
