MGTOW taught me many truths and is a community I find solace in, but if anything it taught me not to be a blind sheep and to question things. For health (longetivity) reasons and ethical reasons, I eat an entirely plant based diet. I work out and personally feel better then when I ate meat. I also intermittently fast, and eat two nutritious meals a day.

But many members of this community voice an unscientific prejudice against vegans. It’s almost karma because I used to trash Vegans and see them as simpletons before being challenged by a vegan I know who lifts who dared me to go 2 weeks on his diet. And I haven’t gone back. Case in point, you’re entitled to your opinion, but make sure your opinion is an informed (and empirical) one and not one you base off of reactive or instinctive intuitions. A lot of men feel great going their own way plant based and don’t need other men telling them they need to shove meat in their mouth to be a dude. In fact, if it’s one thing I’ve noticed, is that the one thing men and women both do is try to trash my veganism, except women try to do it to my face when I point out that drinking the milk of a cow or eating the eggs of a chicken that’s locked up in a tiny box 24 hours a day doesn’t make her the angel she pretends to be.

Next point: There is as much variety in macro rations in vegan diets as in omnivorous ones. There’s Keto Vegans, high carb high/low protein Vegans, CR diets, intermittent fasts. Much like my personal example, anecdotal evidence can only get you so far. Veganism or Omnivorous only work if you are getting enough of all the essential nutrients and vitamins. My diet is CR + IF and low in methionine (for age slowing), devoid of high GI foods, high in a wide range of anti-oxidants, high in Omega-3s, cuz I want to age slowly and enjoy life. Do what works for you, but don’t be surprised if the “soyboys” outlive you. Peace.
