A lot of the problem is that men see nothing wrong with an underage boy getting taken advantage of. As long as the boy gets sex... anything is acceptable. How can we expect this to go any different when men don’t even care about lil boys?

Federal definition for Rape, as a criminal charge, focuses only on penetration. So, as a practical matter, women can never be charged with rape.

The Women's Law Center and NOW we're instrumental in re-crafting the definition of rape with the Justice Department to make sure that Made To Penetrate, or Envelopement, was excluded in the definition on. This was to protect women from having to go to prison, even in statutory situations like this one.

If ever you believed that Feminism was about "Equality" then this should dissuade you. There is nothing "equal" in how the definition of rape applies to men vs women.

Of course, if a male teacher screwed 4 female minors, he'd be doing 42 years, let alone probation for a matter of 42 months.

As someone who doesn't care much about sex outside of its "bonding value" (or may even be completely disgusted by it in the end; I'm not sure yet, it's complicated) this kind of things always amaze me. How can women think that "it's ok, a male always want sex anyway"? And even if it WAS the case (note the "WAS the case" please), taking into account how much feminists are FUCKING ANNOYING when it comes to enlightened consent, how much hypocrisy do you need to see UNDERAGE (and take into account that I don't give a fuck about the law as a whole despite saying this, pelase.) men being ok with sex as fine but one ADULT female as not being able to "consent" because of alcohol (that she chose to drink to begin with) as bad? This is just absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Either we play it "completely by natural rules and laws" (in which case, poor women, seriously) or not, but not somewhere between the two because it's more useful this way. I swear I'm disgusted by these.. "things" more and more every single day, and first-hand experience doesn't help at all. Quite the opposite.

At this point, even if I saw an unicorn I wouldn't believe it. After all, I already saw one and it was just a dumb pony with fake horns on it which ended up being worse than every other one, so. It's not rape, it's an "inappropriate relationship".

They each had a relationship with her. It was inappropriate, of course. But these were relationships. Relationships are important, as we all know. Sometimes they are inappropriate, which is sad.

We should all feel bad. For everyone involved. Including her. Because, after all, she is also a victim. Of the inappropriateness of these relationships.

I actually did a travel assignment in that town for my profession! You talk about back woods redneck scary. If your not from there, they don't like you.
