It can exist. But when someone changes their mind, one gets cash and prizes. The other gets financially and often emotionally skewered. It doesn't matter who changes their mind, one gender loses. Backed by the power of government.

Yes, two people can love each other but in heterosexual relationships it won't be for the same reason. Men and women want very different things from their sexual partners and express their love accordingly. Male love is the traditional romantic love that we think of. It is based on sacrifice and loyalty. Female love is far more conditional. Women love what a man can provide but rarely the man himself.
