Disable text previews on your lock screen notifications. If they look at your phone they'll see that you have some texts but won't be able to read what they say.

Of note, if you're not there in BF% yet, this works just fine with shoulder/arm gains. Maybe I'm wrong and it's not the same for everybody, but even at ~16-18% BF my shoulders and arms had HD look.

Girls I fuck leave panties over all the time. I leave one out hanging on my bedroom door all the time. Some times lipstick in the bathroom. My plates go nuts, when they see it.

Older ones not so much, but 23 year olds and younger they want to know who else I'm seeing if we're not exclusive.

I will also show up to places where my plate works with another plate. I did this to a lapsed plate that worked at a restaurant as a waitress, she sent me a stream of texts:

Solid post. Sometimes I drop to the ground and do push-ups to get a good pump going.
