While it is true that women can continue fucking well after 35, what they can't do is get a man to emotionally bond (i.e. "fall in love") with them. nah bro, men are EVOLVING. i'm 36 but i've been out of the market for 2-3 years. In the past I've actually had two women in my social circle (dating friends of mine) separately tell me in a random conversation that there was no point to life after 35 (or something along those lines.) I'm pretty sure the fact that this is what they believed fully enabled them to hamster doing whatever they wanted.
