Just got a new retail job with 3 other coworkers. (2 girls and a guy) It seemed easy for me at first to AMOG all of them but maybe my frame cracked or something because now they are all excessively testing me and trying to turn me into a punching bag.

My opinion is being the new guy I had to submit to their frame a few times (2 of my coworkers are my managers) so they’re perceiving this as weakness. It got to the point where they don’t acknowledge any value I’m bringing to the store despite that I’m beating them all in our work contests and instead they’re hyper focusing on my weaknesses.

So I’m wondering what is the best way to respond to these challenges and teases? I’ve been responding by non compliance, A&A, and a lot of pressure flipping but the tests keeps coming. It feels like they genuinely think they can punch me and get away with it at this point.

Should I just quit and find a new job? It’s just a retail job since I’m young and still in school but I’m trying to expose myself socially to practice holding frame and gaining power before I go out into the corporate world. Thanks
