Wage gap...bullshit. even if it had a shred of truth to it, there's still the baby issue. Most women will have babies. Most women take maternity leave, which is often as much as 6 months to a year per baby. That means a woman with 3 children is 18 to 36 months behind her male colleagues on the experience scale. That doesn't even factor in the ones who quit their jobs to go be mommy, then rejoin the work force later, sacrificing BOTH experience AND seniority.

Well, dummy, what did you THINK was going to happen? In the end, some employer said to her, "We will pay you X per hour to do this work," and she agreed. She needs to shut up, do her job, improve her skills, and make herself more valuable. Either that, or get better at negotiating with potential employers.

Detractors on both the right and the left have said the wage gap is a myth, concocted from skewed stats that don't account for hours worked and experience earned. In other words: While women on the whole might earn less, women aren't making less than men who do the same jobs.

The only piece of that article that touches on the reality of the situation.

Notice how they don't debunk these claims (because they can't), they simply plow ahead confident that the reader will disregard them.

They keep bringing this shit up over and over again, clearly there's an agenda here. So can someone explain to me what it is they wish to achieve? What are the laws that they would like to change. Do they want women to be paid more for doing the same job as a man, in the same field, till this wage gap for all women is brought up to the same level as men. Even if that man works more ours than the women, and has more years experience?.

If that's the case, they will have removed all incentives for men to work harder and put in the extra effort to get things done, that should do wonders for your companies productivity. But I have to give it to women, they have a great stragedy, if men are making you look bad in the workforce, don't improve yourself, no just complain and make shit up untill men are dragged down to your level of incompetence through legislation.
