I find it fascinating seeing this in action, most notably with my female high school cohort. We're all around 24-25 and I giggle looking at their social media, seeing them constantly taking holidays, constantly posting inspirational quotes about "change" and "life". None of them have any hobbies or passions. None of them are interesting in any way. They work away mindlessly at their shitty media jobs, get blind drunk on the weekends and are in perpetual saving-for-holiday mode. I see them all getting pumped and dumped, used and thrown away and becoming increasingly bitter. None of them are doing what they want, because none of them ever knew or will ever know what they want to do with their lives. They were born leaves in a river. That depresses me.

Red pill has taught me to stay away from tattooed, dyed haired women. They are walking billboards of psychopathy. They disfigure themselves and change their hair to attract attention and to make themselves feel better about their stagnant, uninteresting lives. "Change" for them comes from "reinventing" or "liberating" themselves - usually after a break up or the death of a fucking pet or grandparent, or as a permanent reminder of their self diagnosed mental illness that they are so proud of.

As a man, change comes from exposing yourself to external hardship and circumstances that perpetuate introspection and self growth. We interact with the physical world, see cause and effect, and understand why certain things happen and what actions/mindsets lead to what results. That is the only way change can ever come about - through rationality and reason, and desire for truth.

Women have no concept of what "change" or "progress" are. She's lost her job, cheated on her husband of 20 years and destroyed her marriage? Oh well, a holiday and a tattoo will fix it.

Knocked up by a dead-beat Chad who leaves her the moment he finds out she's pregnant? "Oh well, he was an asshole. I've grown so much from this, and I know now not to get involved with guys like him! Ugh!". Fast forward 1 year and she's with another dead-beat Chad because her tingles override absolutely everything and dictate her existence. Rinse and repeat for the rest of her life.

Because it's all about her. Women do not live in the world we do. While we live in the world, women simply exist in the world. Their world is within themselves, and therefore they do not have the capacity to change behaviors or learn/understand why and how objective things in the world happen.

I see this all the time with my wife. Every six months or so, she initiates some kind of "big change." It might be something as simple as rearranging the kitchen (4 times in the last 2 years) or as significant as changing her whole diet. Regardless, she is a change addict. She needs that feeling of progression. When asked why that is, she has no explanation other than "I just needed a change."

I simply find it mildly amusing.

I believe the masculine man can, if he chooses to, take his woman (wife/LTR) and unplug her from that 'Change' dimension.

My wife has watched her friends go from fit ladies, to 'mature' women, to 'moms with bob haircuts' etc. while she has maintained her sexy ass self.

When the man brings his lady into his frame, she is now entirely immersed in his reality - the reality that prevents her from thinking I should not be a freak in the sheets, I should wear these frumpy clothes, shitty haircut, etc.

Based on my understanding of stoicism, change is a part of nature. All things are changing and growing constantly to their destiny. It's how we contribute to this process that determines what that destiny is.

This is a hugely important point, in my opinion.

"Progress" implies a simple and linear view of History. The past had lots of issues, but we just keep on improving! In fact, right now (2016) is the best time ever! And then next year will be even better (since a new techno-toy comes out and we will end some new type of discrimination).

This type of worldview pacifies people. Issues X, Y, and Z may exist, but just give it time. Remember, we've already come so far, and more Progress is just around the corner.

In reality, social progress, technological developments, and everything else in the external world are not really "good" or "bad." They just spin around on the hampster wheel. One technological development gives us the means to cure a deadly disease, and the next gives us the means to wipe humanity off the face of the earth. One "social progress" law ends a form of tyranny (i.e. the Jim Crow laws), while the next creates a new form of abuse (child support, for instance.)

To subscribe to the militant view of "NO! Everything is a march towards the Promised Land of Progress" is...well, Communist. It's a trick used by the ruling class to, as you said, herd the sheep. Kurt Lewin and others have written extensively about the "Change" process and how it can be used to fool people. It's absolutely genius, in my opinion, but also evil.

Ironically, a belief in Progress (to use Lewin's words) actually "freezes" you, since problems are understood to originate in the past and be solved in the Future. You therefore just drift along, with the understanding that the mere passage of time indicates we're becoming more rational, more free, more technologically advanced, etc.

It has been proven time and time again that change is the only constant in regards to happiness.

A man bettering himself is a good example of this "change" that is healthy.

Superficial and short lived changes are the type you are referring to here.

No. Stoicism is accepting change being real, in a large part. Expectations do not dictate reality, reality simply is. Blue pill mindset expects certain things to not change. Chivalry, marriage, they're operating in the past.

There are natural differences between men and women.

Women think in a way where they spin on the Hamster Wheel of progress where they create rationalizations that reinvent their self image to match their life condition.

As do most men. People in general.

A woman uses "Change" to reinvent herself... she "progresses" through life and with a heavy dependence on happy "feels" this means things are always "getting better" even when they aren't.

No. A woman dresses things in the same basis throughout her life, she's still the prize, even when she objectively isn't. Hence current feminism and expectations.

When you watch a woman ride the Cock Carousel™ for a decade or more and then suddenly realize her life is becoming a disaster she uses "Change" to reinvent her goals so that the beta male looks to be a useful tool in marriage. This would have been unthinkable in her prior self. In her mind she is "evolving" and that what she has experienced is great "progress".

She is not Changing. She is riding on the same file of providing and entitlement. She's only forced to accept a piece of chang, her new objective value.

The stoic Red Pill man sees life in a totally different way.

The Red Pill man has a solid Frame, a sense of inner Freedom, and a constant and self examining (introspective) view of his own faults. It is through this "self knowledge" that a man can initiate self improvements to his real self so that he has actually improved on the inside.

That's largely blather. A stoic individual accepts realities outside his perspective bias, or he attempts to the best of his ability. He accepts that the glass is always broken, and won't be surprised when it happens.

The Red Pill man compares his past and present as if they are part of a single moment in time. His improved self is simply the same old self but just wiser. He hasn't spun any rationalizations because he is who he is... there is no lying going on inside. A new self image is never created because the existing one is simply improved upon.

Masculine time is stoic... it is an unchanging self perception.

You could claim this about people in general, nothing especially male about it. Yes, men operate in the real world more often than women, but even most men fall to sample and perspective bias. Many with strong frame have one built of dogma, not necessarily accepting objectivity.

Women who are without the rock of a man to attach to will drift and "Change" and see this as "progress". The woman might be falling down in life but she will always use her "Hamster Wheel" to reinvent her self perception so that she sees herself as "evolving".

Actually that's the opposite. Women won't change their strategy unless a leader is there to give them guidance. This is why you must be a root to reality.

"Progress" and "Change" in the way they are used culturally are really views of time that are not based in the masculine Red Pill.
