there are no fast and hard rule about what MGTOW is and isnt, just a few beliefs we all share and practice like what u/mrscene1 said. we're all different men with different missions and visions, interaction with women is part of some of our missions, and not others. but regardess of what role women play in our lives, we collectively keep in mind the wholesale destruction and damage they're capable of doing once they have the power to.

however, sexual gratification is one of the nicest feelings in the world and as biological creatures, we are hardwired to seek it. if that's what you're into, then go forth and do it. if it's part of your own way that you're going, so be it. moreover, it's arguably more MGTOW than lifting frames and picking up drunk chicks at bars because you're doing everything on your own terms, the chick just sets the prices.

MGTOW is simply going your own way. You avoid the manipulative behavior of women. Living a free life, without putting pussy on a pedestal.

The main focus of MGTOW is aiming our energy to self improvement. We're not some lost tribe who wants to create a better place for the world. We don't hate women, we despise their actions.
