That's exactly what they are currently paid...

And honestly, if you're a woman and feel you don't earn as much as you should, just take the matter on your own hand: ask for a raise, do over time, change job, etc. Do exactly what regular men do in that condition! If every women would act the same as men, the "pay gap" would be null.

It took women until now to earn as much as a man in 2016. By this time next year they may very well come close to accomplishing as much as a man did in 2016.

The gender wage gap statistics would only be considered viable if you took two people (man and woman) with the exact same credentials, working the exact same job, at the exact same time, working the exact same amount of hours in a year.

These gender wage gaps don't account for any of this. They just look at the average lifetime earnings between men and women regardless of the industry, position, and time worked. Studies have shown time and time again that men work more hours of overtime, and men work in industries that pay more on average.

With maternity leave alone women miss about a month or more per child! It's a running joke amongst women to have a kid just for the additional time off! Additionally, I would have to say that if a wage gap exists it would only do so at the highest levels of management. I don't think McDonald's would risk a huge lawsuit just because they pay one burger flipper more than another.

At the end of the day the wage gap, the rape culture, manspreading, and all other forms of this imaginary "patriarchy" oppression is simply an attempt of the feminist movement trying to be viable far past it's relevancy. Women go the large majority of their equality demands after the first wave, but you can't just stop a billion dollar industry even after it's relevancy... there's just too much money involved.

I wish they would all get a real job that pays well. Most of them are taking easy and or part time jobs because they do not want to work. And those who get full time jobs get shitty degree's that provide poor employment outcomes. Stop blaming others for your poor choices already! Step up and take responsibility.

I really do think most of these women do not want to be successful, they make poor choices and fail to listen to advice thinking they know better. HA!

I have never seem a woman earn less than a man. The offer jobs doesnt say: "For this job man will earn X and woman Y" If have ever seem this I will agree with the pay gap, at least in parts.
