In Mexico , if this story got out with this picture, a mob of people, or possibly the police themselves, would drag those parents out of their house and savagely beat them.

Mexico tolerates a LOT of fucked up shit, but corruption of an 8 year old child would not be one of those things..... projecting one's warped sexuality and psychosis unto a helpless child should be a very egregious, very heavily punished crime.
